Below are links to display two copies of the same picture. In the left frame, you should see a picture of a leafblower, but in the right frame you should see a 'red x' for a broken link. Therefore, if you can see the picture on the left, but NOT on the right, then congratulations you're okay everything is functioning normally for you. But if you see neither picture then you are affected by a configuration issue with your firewall software, most commonly Norton Personal Firewall or Zone Alarm Pro.
