Ernie, Watched the lava flow video you posted. The wiffy and I went on a helicopter tour of the Volcano Caldron and surrounding area on the Big Island in May 2011. The caldron was just percolating while we were there. The lone house is a three mile walk from the nearest road or dropped in via helicopter. It is available for rent if you so desire.... Chris
