NONE SHALL PASS. Okay, Maybe Just One.

So the United States is out of the World Cup and with a respectable 2-1 loss, Team USA heads back home. But the real star of the show was the USA goalie, Tim Howard. During the game, he stopped so many goals, the internet turned him into a meme of things he could have saved. Here is a collection of the best.

The flag of Spain, colloquially known as "la Rojigualda", as it is defined in the Spanish Constitution of 1978, consists of three horizontal stripes: red, yellow and red, the yellow stripe being twice the size of each red stripe. Traditionally, the middle stripe was defined by the more archaic term of gualda, and hence the popular name La Rojigualda (red-weld). Throughout the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries, the color scheme of the flag remained intact, with the exception of the Second Republic period; the only changes centered on the coat of arms.

And now if you're ready for some really deep thinking, I've got a Google Maps challenge for you -- where in the Miami area was this photo taken.

Goliath is a wooden roller coaster at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois. It was designed by Rocky Mountain Construction and opened to the public on June 19, 2014. With the opening, the ride set three world records for wooden roller coasters: Drop length, drop steepness, and speed. It features the longest drop at 180 feet, the steepest drop at 85°, and the fastest speed at 72 miles per hour. Goliath is the second wooden roller coaster with an inversion from Rocky Mountain Construction, following Outlaw Run at Silver Dollar City, in Branson, Missouri. So if you're either too far from Six Flags Great America's Chicago-area location or too terrified of roller coasters to take a ride on Goliath this summer, you still might be interested to watch the official first-person POV video of the ride from Six Flags.

You've had some funny sign pictures from our local hardware store Roy's General Store. Now, it seems, one of our liquor stores is trying to give them a run for their money. Blue angels flying here for the 4th. Listening to them practice as I type this. Happy 4th! Chris

Firefighting helicopters may be fitted with tanks -- called helitankers -- or they may carry buckets. Some helitankers, such as the Erickson AirCrane, are also outfitted with a front-mounted foam cannon. The most popular of the buckets is the flexible Bambi Bucket. Tanks can be filled on the ground by water tenders or truck-mounted systems or water can be siphoned from lakes, rivers, reservoirs, or a portable tank through a hanging snorkel. Buckets can also be filled by submerging or dipping them in lakes, rivers, reservoirs, or in emergencies small portable tanks or swimming pools. Currently the worlds biggest helicopter Mil Mi-26 uses a bambi-bucket.

The University of Pittsburgh is a state-related research university located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. It was founded on the edge of the American frontier as the Pittsburgh Academy in 1787, and evolved into the Western University of Pennsylvania by alteration of its charter in 1819. After surviving two devastating fires and various relocations within the area, the school moved to its current location in the Oakland neighborhood of the city and was renamed to the University of Pittsburgh in 1908. For most of its history Pitt was a private institution, until it became part of the Commonwealth System of Higher Education in 1966.

Thank you Chris Christie for recognizing that a 36 year old rifle used to hunt squirrels and soda cans isn't an assault rifle. At least you've got that going for you. And what better way to celebrate Independence Day weekend than with a surplus Chinese SKS rifle for only $260!
